Guidelines For Your Stay
We would like to welcome you to the Wayfinder Bishop Hotel, and we are glad you will be staying in one of our pet-friendly rooms. Let's review some important guidelines for your stay, to make it a great experience for all!
- A fee of $50 per night, up to two dogs will be incurred in addition to the room rate. There will be a refundable pet deposit of $100 required upon check-in.
- Please don't bring along too many of your furry friends as we can only have two pets per room.
- When outside of your guest room, dogs must stay on leash at all times.
- Across the street at the Bishop City Park there is a beautiful, designated area to take your furry friend at the front of the park not far from the hotel. Let your furry friend stretch his or her legs and enjoy the walking path provided at the beautiful Bishop City Park to view the pond. In the back of the park there is a fun park for your furry friend(s) to enjoy.
- The pet owner must clean up after pets and utilize pick-up bags provided by yourself. Picking up after yourself ensures healthy conditions for all pets and people and it's the local law.
- Excessive barking or whining that leads to guest dissatisfaction will result in:
- Cancellation of the reservation on the second complaint - If the pet is not quiet and we receive two noise complaints you will be asked to make alternative arrangements elsewhere. At the time of cancellation, the guest will be charged for the nights stayed and the current nights Room & Tax. Additional fees may apply should the disruptions lead to compensation to the disturbed guests.
- For the well-being of the animal and comfort of other guests, no pets can be left unattended in rooms at any time. It is also vital that a valid contact number of one owner is given and this number is monitored at all times.
- Be aware that extra fees may be incurred should there be significant additional cleaning required or lost revenue due to excessive damage.
By the pet owner signing the agreement, you agree to abide by these pet policies, and agree to be responsible for any damage to property and/or personal injury to hotel employees and/or guests that you cause.
